From coffee to catapult: JCDecaux visits the domain in Oudenaarde

Curious about what their outing looked like? Here’s a recap of their day at The Outsider:

9:00 – The perfect start to the day.

The day begins with oven-fresh breakfast cakes and, of course, much-needed ✨coffee✨.
A good start is half the battle!

9:30 – Team meeting

Then the team gathers in our ballroom for an internal meeting with presentation. Thanks to the conference screen, even colleagues who are not physically present can participate online. This way, everyone is involved, no matter where they are. Handy!

12:30 – Lunchtime!

After the meeting, a sumptuous sandwich buffet will be ready for everyone to get enough energy for a well-rounded team-building afternoon.

14:00 – Operation Mindfall: cooperation to the test

Time for action! The group is divided into two teams. They compete against each other during our outdoor escape walk “Operation Mindfall. With a gadget case, a tablet and an umbrella for the great Belgian summer weather, they set off on their quest around the Donkvijver. On a 2.7 km walk, they are presented with one puzzle after another in which creativity, cooperation and an out-of-the-box mindset are crucial. 17:00 – Aperitif shooting: ready for battle

After the outdoor adventure, it’s time to relax, but that doesn’t mean the competitive spirit disappears. Led by our monitor Matteo, the aperitif shooting gets underway. The cavalry glasses are filled, and the battle can erupt during five shooting tests: elastic shooting, catapult, bow and arrow, darts and blowgun shooting. Everyone gives their best to take the win!

19:00 – Barbecue: a tasty finale

The day ends on our terrace with a delicious barbecue. The first anecdotes are already beginning to take shape….
