With an SUP-board (Stand Up Paddle) you stand upright on a wide board and propel yourself with a long paddle. On Donk Pond, this is the ideal summer activity that also brings much-needed refreshment. You will receive a mandatory life jacket at the start.
SUPing can be done at your pace: relaxed floating around with your feet in the water, or sporty paddling until your arms burn. You train your balance, core and coordination without even noticing it.
