The Outsider has a large number of sections in which you can contribute. Flexibility, openness and communication help us to find the right formula. Sometimes this can be as a working student, self-employed, flexi worker, sports monitors, catering staff, interns… Tell us more about yourself and we will look for a suitable solution.

Sections
Depending on your interest you will find your way in one of our departments:
- Catering.
Do you want to work in the kitchen, as a bartender or server in the Tavern? No experience is no problem. Are you eager to learn and always customer-friendly? We would like to guide you in the catering industry!- Sports Monitors.
Sporty and adventurous types are more than welcome. You help with the unique experience of our customers and share your passion with the customers.
- Monitor.
Are you a smooth talker and you do you want to help people? Then you can help as a monitor in the adventure park the 7 Summits. You will receive the people, help them register and always be available for questions.
- Cable Park.
Real water rats belong in the cable park. For the cable park, we are looking for different profiles. Commercial, customer friendly staff who welcome the customers at the front desk. Technical staff for the operation of the cable - who, always help the customers on the water, also with a smile. Monitors that have water-ski and/or wakeboarding under control and like to share their passion with the customers. You build up step-by-step experience in the sport with the customers. We hold a didactic approach as a high priority.
